The final concept (of the witch) is the surmatarya in symbiotic armor.

Finally completed the design of the main creatures in the world of "Son of the Witch", the inhabitants of the Eternal Forest - surmatarya. Born in mushroom sarcosomes, they are essentially creatures of a fungal nature, but very similar to humans. So similar that they can conceive a semi-human child.
If we draw parallels, they are like "dryads". In themselves, the surmatary are not some kind of absolute evil and aggressive creatures, it just so happened that the acquaintance with human civilization did not happen with the best of its representatives - rough sailors, crazed from a long voyage and hungry for female "attention". And after, humanity invaded their world, fixing the status of an ideological enemy.
There are still many secrets that these "witches" hold, so I will reveal their civilization gradually, as I am still in the process of "getting to know" them as I come up with them.
As you already know, the surmatarya use the mycelium of the mushrooms of the Eternal Forest to create a "smart" nano suit that works on biochemistry. The symbiotic armor is the pinnacle of bioengineering created by the gods of Assaria (the world where everything happens). The mycelium's tendrils act as antennas, detecting the pheromones of "stinky" humans, and they wrap around the witch's body, depending on the task. They can either become a "heavy" armor or, conversely, enhance the witch's reaction speed, making her invisible (similar to the well-known Predator) and releasing spores that poison, hypnotize, and intoxicate her opponents. The symbiotic armor can instantly weave together melee and ranged weapons (this can resemble the witch's vision of humans using bows and arrows, or simply firing needles from their hands, depending on the wearer's imagination).
Now I want to make a concept of surmatary in their normal life - without armor (probably they will be almost naked, as you have already understood), and I also want to concept the highest surmatary - those who can subjugate the most "powerful" mycelium and they will look in black.
